About the event
Restoring Rosedale Park is a unique project, using innovative techniques to breathe life back into this previously derelict land as we inject life back so native plants, bugs and animals have a place to call home again.
The work varies from week to week but can include caring for chickens, spreading ground cover seeds, weeding, restoring paths, making compost and of course, planting (in the winter months). Whatever your skill set we can find something for you to be involved in.
All materials are provided and you'll get support with anything you are unsure about so just come along, discover this amazing space and see how you can get involved.
Please NO parking on site or in the Hilton Brown car park, you can park in Rosedale Park or North Harbour Hockey and walk to the site.
