Friends of Wainoni Park, Greenhithe

Wainoni Park has something for everyone - an internationally recognised "Green Flag" park so come along and see what it's all about. A community garden, composting hub, heritage fruit trees as well as native planting areas to care for there is plenty to get involved in for all ages and abilities.

Join knowledgeable, passionate local volunteers who are here every week to keep the space looking so lovely. You don't need to have any specific skills, just be keen to get stuck in and we'll show you everything you need to know. We even have tools and gloves and a morning tea treat to keep you fuelled!
