No matter what you call it, every minute you give to supporting environmental initiatives is valued.
Casual commitment - just show up at one of the events listed on our News page
Regular commitment - join a roster to help predator control (once a month for an hour or two), bird counts (one hour, twice a year), attending meetings. Local to you, on your own or in a small team.
Project based - help us with a specific project and donate just a few hours over a week or more. Get in touch to find out more.
We can confirm that volunteering for UWEN or any of the local restoration groups in the network will not impact on any visa restrictions you may have. You can read this letter from the Minister of Immigration to confirm this arrangement.
