Caring for Exeter Reserve - Unsworth Heights

An unassuming reserve but a vitally important one as it gathers water from the surrounding area and is the starting point of the Alexander Stream that flows through Rosedale and Albany and out to the inner harbour.

You'll be providing some much needed, hands on support to help natural systems rebalance out here. Removing pest plants that are growing where natives should be and then replacing them with the natives that will add value to this habitat, provide food for birds, filter sediments and pollutants out and help make the space more resilient to storms.
