Kai Rākau - NZ Food Trees Project

Volunteers have been working hard to collect heritage plants, graft historic plants and to ensure the survival of some special fruit trees across Upper Harbour.  The team are now working hard to establish a large collection of fruit, nut, native medicinal (Rakau Rongoā) and subtropical food trees for the purpose of education, protection and heritage on public land in Paremoremo.
