As part of Auckland Council's Heritage Festival, we will be celebrating the regions' fruit growing heritage. With more information about this historic fragment of orchard, hands on care for the trees that remain and some family fun planned, this will be a great morning out for the family. We will share what we are doing to protect this special area and action you can take at home as well. Bring along any fruit tree growing questions and we'll do our best to help you out.
If you are bringing dogs, we do ask that they remain on a leash at all times due to the important plants and animals that live in this area. Please RSVP so we can get in touch if anything changes on the day and you can find a link to the Heritage Festival link to this event below:
