Planting in Whenuapai - Bill Moir Reserve

A hidden gem of a reserve that is so valuable as a haven for wildlife. Join us as we plant some natives amongst the regenerating bush to give it a final push to become a wonderful home for birds and a place for us all to enjoy.

This is gentle work, in an idyllic setting and just a wonderful way to spend a morning in nature.

No experience necessary, just come along and we'll show you what to do. Learn a bit more about some of NZ"s natives and perhaps be inspired to supplement what's growing in your garden with some natives too.
